Wedding Reception Center - Carmelle
Reception Center/Garden Rental Only
At the Carmelle, we now offer the option of a reception center/garden rental only. With this option, you can bring in your own food. We provide the reception center along the the items listed below, you provide the rest.

We want your wedding day to be memorable and enjoyable for you and your guests. We take pride in our beautiful reception center and elegant atmosphere. Our reception center includes a Brides and Grooms rooms, spiral staircase, and a mahogany baby grand player piano. During the warmer months, enjoy a wonderfully landscaped garden with gazebo and waterfall.

We provide the following services with your reservation:

  5. Wedding cake table

  7. Large easels and desk easels
  8. Gift Room
  9. Guest Registry table with sign-in pen
  10. Linens in a variety of colors
  11. Use of white china, goblets & silverware
  12. Use of centerpieces
  13. Sound system with microphone, CD player and ipod hook-up
  14. Grand player piano
  15. Flat screen TV with DVD player
  16. Kitchen area (sink, counter space, refrigerator and ice machine)
Reservation Information
Rental of the reception center is from 4:00 PM to 10:00PM. The reception center must be vacated by 11:00 PM with all dancing and festivities ending no later than 10:00 PM.

Tuesday through Thursday$1,750

Note: A $500 non-refundable deposit will reserve Carmelle for a wedding reception. Payments will only be accepted in the form of cash or checks. If for any reason you need to change your date, it must be done three months prior to your event. Only one date change is allowed.

Wedding Ceremony
Seating is available for approximately 100 guests. Included are a rehearsal, hostess, ring pillow, and ceremony music$350

Cakes
Cakes can be ordered at Carmelle through Schmidt's Pastry Cottage or Exclusive weddings by Barbara
Third Party Services and Discounts
• Clark’s Tuxedos and Ritz Tuxedos will conveniently pick up your tuxedos from Carmelle after your wedding.
• Lori Bult, Floral Designer, will meet with you to design and personalize your floral arrangements.
Policies and Standards
Etiquette
You are responsible and will be charged for any objects which are damaged or removed from Carmelle. For health and safety reasons, rice, confetti, and bird seed may not be thrown either inside or outside of Carmelle. In addition if cars are decorated, please clean up the adjoining area. Dumpsters are available for placing debris so that they do not blow into surrounding yards. If either of these rules are broken a $50.00 fee for clean up will be charged to the wedding party.
Liability
Carmelle can not assume responsibility for the damage to or loss of any merchandise or for theft of articles left in the building or parking lot prior to, during, or following an event. All dressing rooms are locked during your event and we suggest you use them to store valuables.
Children
Children attending wedding receptions should not be allowed to run through the building or play on the stairway. While outdoors, children should remain on pathways or lawn.
Alcohol/Smoking
Alcoholic beverages are neither served nor permitted onsite. We also ask that all guests refrain from smoking in the building and garden areas.
